Reserve the Music Mansion
​ for your next event or rehearsal

 The Music Mansion performance space offers the following:

Seating capacity of 88
Steinway & Sons Model A piano
Mason & Hamlin Model BB piano
Bose L1 Pro8 Sound System (user manual)
​Reception area and kitchenette with mini-fridge
​Street Parking
The Music Mansion may be reserved September through mid-June.

    Request a booking

    The Music Mansion generally books 3-hour time slots at the following rates, plus $75/hr for additional hours requested: 

    GENERAL RATE: $200; STUDENT RATE: $100
    SERIES DISCOUNT: $150 per event, if 3 or more events are booked at once. If multiple dates are requested, please list all dates and times on the submission.
    REHEARSAL / RECORDING RATE: $50/hr; Student rate $35/hr

    All rental fees are tax-deductible donations payable by check or PayPal. Please view the CALENDAR to see current availability.
    Please enter the date of your proposed event.
    Please let us know what time you want your event to begin. This time will be publicized to the public if desired.
    Please specify any setup/tear down time.
    Please describe your event, whether admission will be charged, whether alcohol will be served (Class F Liquor License and TIPS trained server required), and other pertinent information.
    Please write a short description of your event we can post publicly to promote it.
    Please email mimi@musicmansion.org with flyers or photos in jpg format, at least two weeks in advance.
    ​Promotion may include : "Upcoming Events" and other media outlets.

    If you're performing music not in the public domain, we ask that you give us a copy of your program (PDF preferred, or hard copy) so that we can be sure the composers are paid royalties via BMI & ASCAP.
    If your concert includes music written after 1923, you are required to submit (1) a PDF of your program and (2) gross admissions revenue to musicmansionpvd@gmail.com by the next quarterly deadline following your event date: 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1, unless you plan to cover royalties with your own performing rights organization account(s).
