MUSIC MANSION PROCEDURES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE OF RI COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

I. SOCIAL DISTANCING - Six feet distancing of chairs in groups of 2 or 3 chairs for same household.  Visitors in audience will remain seated throughout entire performance.  

II. FACE MASKS & COVERINGS required while on the premises at 88 Meeting St. unless visitors/volunteers are able to continuously and measurably maintain at least 6ft. of distance from everyone or has trouble breathing.  Visitors may remove masks once seated in the music hall. 

III. CONTACT TRACING.  Visitors will be given temperature checks and hand sanitizer upon entry into foyer by a volunteer.  Six feet away, a volunteer will log names and phone numbers on contact tracing form.  If visitors have temperatures above 100.4 or any symptoms, they must leave the building.  Programs will be placed on seats in music hall prior to visitors' arrival.

IV. CLEANING & DECONTAMINATION.  Hand sanitizer (60% alcohol content) available throughout the building.  Cleaning of music hall chairs, piano keys, music stands, restrooms and doorknobs with proper disinfectant spray and drying cloths will be the responsibility of “The Friends of the Music Mansion” before and after events.

Music organizations which reserved performances/recitals on our web calendar, must contact Deborah Concannon at dkbiehle@aol.com, one week before events to advise status of 3 volunteers from your organizations, mentioned above in paragraphs I. and III.  Any re-configuration of seating must be approved 24 hours before events.
